Order Confirmation

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3–4 working days.
  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via Email and SMS to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹499.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To ensure timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address including:

  • House/Flat Number
  • Building/Floor
  • Street & Locality
  • Landmark (if applicable)
  • City, State & PIN Code
  • Valid Mobile Number

Nozaari will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If you wish to modify your order after placing it, please contact us before dispatch.

Damaged Package

If your parcel appears tampered, opened, or physically damaged, please do not accept the delivery.

Immediately contact us at support@nozaari.com with:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the parcel
  • A brief description of the issue

This helps us resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
